African Americans come together to dialogue and discuss the effects of the Maafa (Great disaster, Holocaust of enslavement) and its effects on people of African ancestry, specifically the promotion of the myth of black inferiority. The Friday activity is devoted to raising awareness about the effects of the myth of black inferiority through viewing films, reading books, or presentations. Saturday is dedicated to promoting the healing of our bodies through physical and health/mental health related activities. On Sunday, inspirational activities are implemented to promote healing and unity. Like us on Facebook at Tallahassee Healing Days & tweet us @tallyhealing Chair: Huberta Jackson-Lowman, ABPsi
