​Nicole Everett, a native of Miami, Florida, has served in the affordable housing arena for more than 20 years and volunteers with several community organizations (i.e. Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, City of Tallahassee Code Enforcement, Mental Health Council of the Big Bend, Black History Month Festival, Providence Neighborhood Association Redevelopment Corporation) in the Tallahassee area. Nicole believes in the support of local individuals and organizations. She is working towards becoming a major philanthropist with the hopes of funding affordable housing, children’s initiatives and the arts.

When Nicole is not working to serve individuals and organizations in the housing space, she is producing video content, most notably for her talk show, Conversations With Nicole (CWN). With the help of her friend and producer, Gerald Tookes, CWN launched in March of 2016 in Tallahassee, Florida as a weekly video blog show hosting a variety of guests, sharing information about initiatives and projects important to them.

​CWN has had seven seasons, five of which have been on television as paid programming, with the focus being on connecting community influencers with viewers through conversations about the guest passions and philosophies.

​BLACK HISTORY MONTH FESTIVAL™ is a unique month-long series of activities that provide enriching cross-cultural experiences for adults and youngsters. The purpose of this program is to make it fun and easy to learn about and understand the contributions and achievements of African Americans to this country. The program’s planning committee helps identify, plan and coordinate an entire month of educational, social and civic events that serve as wonderful learning experiences for individuals of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Activities will take place every day during February 2020 in numerous communities throughout the area. And best of all, many of these events are FREE to attend. The first program in North FL/South GA was produced in 2005.
