In HBCU News, North Carolina A&T men's basketball coach Jay Joyner is suspended indefinitely. In boxing, Gervonta Davis defeats Yuriorkis Gamboa with a 12th round TKO, the Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury rematch is set, Antonio Brown worked out for the New Orleans Saints, a sports reporter was killed in a Louisiana plane crash. The College football National Championship game is set between Clemson and LSU, the NFL regular season is complete and the playoff are set. The Patriots owner Robert Kraft reportedly may face felony charges, the NFL announced its 100th Anniversary All-Time Team. The weekly rant is aimed at the woman who wrote Lamar Jackson a letter criticizing his gifts to his offensive line. Tune in to get your fix!!

The New England Patriots get caught filming the Cincinnati Bengals sideline, Philadelphia Eagles RB Darren Sproles is retiring. In our Life After Sports segment Joseph interviews Sports Photographer Keith Turner. Joseph updates us on the college football bowl games winner, NFL week 16 winners and the latest NBA scores. Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on the four finalists for the Black College Football Player of the Year Award. Boxer Terence Crawford defends his WBO title against Egidijus Kavaliauskas, Antonio Brown says no white women in 2020, cornerback Janoris Jenkins is cut from the New York Giants, and Joseph discusses who will win the NFL MVP. Joe Burrow is the 2019 Heisman Trophy winner, Joseph discusses the winners of the 2019 College Football Awards. The latest NBA standings are discussed along with the winners from week 15 of the NFL season. The Military is investigating possible whit power signs being flashed by students in ESPN's Army-Navy telecast, a San Francisco 49ers announcer was suspended one game for making disparaging dark skin remarks about Lamar Jackson. The weekly rant is aimed at the bank employee who allegedly denied service to former NFL player because he was big and black. Tune in to get your fix!!!

​Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Coach Buddy Pugh of South Carolina State for being named the MEAC coach of the year. Former NFL star Warrick Dunn is named Sports Illustrated's Muhammad Ali legacy award recipient, Anthony Joshua defeats Andy Ruiz to regain his heavyweight titles, Florida State University has  hired former head coach of Memphis University Mike Norvell as the new football coach, a black high school head football coach says opposing white fans spit at and spewed racial slurs at his payers during confrontation. Joseph updates us on the winners and losers of Championship Saturday of the college football season. He also updates us on the winners from week 14 of the NFL season. Russian athletes  are banned from participating in international sports representing Russia because of anti-doping issues. The weekly rant is aimed at the people who signed a petition to try to get the NFL to replace Michael Vick as a Pro Bowl captain. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Tennessee State wide receiver who had a record breaking year. In HBCU news, a basketball player from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff's women's basketball team was shot and killed. Joseph introduces you to the blind athlete Adonis Wyatt who is earning his wins, former NFL player Tyrell Pryor was stabbed by his girlfriend, San Francisco 49ERS Richard Sherman paid off a school lunch debt. Joseph covers the winners and losers of week 14 in college football and week 13 of the NFL. Former hockey commentator Don Cherry was fired for criticizing Canadian immigrants on Hockey Night in Canada, Jacksonville police raid the home of former Jags linebacker Telvin Smith. The weekly rant is aimed at the Clippers Patrick Patterson and an Instagram user for a back and forth that led to Patterson calling a black woman a bulldog.

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Virginia Union's women's basketball star Shareka McNeill for her 50 point game and averaging 44 points a game. Joseph gives the build-up and fall-out from the Miles Garrett Mason Rudolph incident. Is Colin Kaepernick getting an NFL job? 5 fools were charged in a shooting at a New Jersey high school football game. Carmello Anthony is now a Portland Trailblazer. Joseph gives us an update from the winners and losers of week 13 of college football and week 12 of the NFL. Deontay Wilder knocks out Luis Ortiz for the second time. The weekly is aimed at the Miami Heat's Dion Waiters for passing and and possibly having a seizure on the team plane, after he ate weed infused gummies. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on Jordan Jefferson a football player at Jackson State University is a finalist for a Rhodes Scholarship. Florida State University decided to fire head coach Willie Taggart last Sunday. NFL Hall of Famer Chris Carter was fired by FS1 for allegedly arguing with an executive about a spot on Thursday night football lineup. Antonio Brown keeps threatening to quit the NFL before his scheduled meeting with the league. Stephen A Smith get a new mega deal from ESPN worth near 8 million a year. Joseph brings us up to date on the winners and losers from week 11 of the college football season, week 10 of the NFL season and the early NBA season. The weekly rant is aimed at former Cleveland Browns safety Jermaine Whitehead for his Twitter rant offering ass whippings and threatening to shoot people. Tune i to get your fix!!!

Joseph is joined by two guest host Cam and Mike from the Nothing Above The Moon Podcast. In HBCU news, Florida A&M University is cutting two sports to help its ailing athletics budget. Will Bernard Hopkins and  Roy Jones Jr,  fight again? Is Steph Curry a basket ball Hall of Famer? Michael Jordan opens two clinics in Charlotte to help underserved communities, the NCAA Votes to unanimously to allow athletes to profit off of their image, name and likeness, a black Oregon high school football coach disarms a student with gun on campus who wanted to attempt suicide. The Washington Nationals are the winners of the 2019 Major League Baseball World Series. Joseph, Cam and Mike talk about college football, the 2019 NBA season, and week 8 of the NFL season. The MLB is has an umpire who tweeted that he would buy an AR-15 for a civil war if Donald Trump is fired. The Weekly rant is aimed at a high school football coaching staff and star player because their season has been canceled, after player suits up with different number to play in the game he was suspended from. Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on the Fort Valley State University football team for running through Central State University. Biological women athletes are taking a stand after transgender athletes dominate track and other women's sports. Oakland is getting an Indoor Football League team which will be partially owned by Marshawn Lynch, LeBron James is at odds with the Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey for Morey's Tweets in support of the Hong Kong protesters, NFL corner back Jalen Ramsey is traded to the LA Rams, a high school football coach in Florida faces suspension for helping student-athlete who had no place to go, boxer Patrick Day dies four days after tenth round knockout and severe head injury. The World Series is set after the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros are the last two teams standing. Joseph gives an update on the winners and losers of week 8 in college football and week 7 of the NFL season. UFC fighter Conner McGregor accused of sexual assault for the second time in 12 months. The weekly rant is aimed at former NFL linemen Justin Bannan for being arrested for attempted murder and robbery. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Simone Biles wins her 25th gold medal, Coco Gauf wins the Linz Open in Australia, Shelly Ann Fraiser Price wins her 4th gold medal in 100m, Eliud Kipchoge breaks two hour marathon barrier. The NL and AL Serises's have started in Major League Baseball, Joseph updates you on the winners  and losers of week 7 in college football, and week 6 in the NFL. The Washington Mystics are the 2019 WNBA Champions. L.A. Sparks general manager Penny Toler  was fired for using the n-word in a profane laced speech,  boxer Errol Spence was in a bad car crash. The weekly rant is aimed at  racist Penn State Alumni who wrote a letter to a black player urging him to cut his locks. Click the tune in!!

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Florida A&M University's quarterback Ryan Stanley for lifting FAMU to clutch win over NCCU for homecoming. In HBCU news, the Virginia State University marching band is on suspension during a hazing investigation, Caylin Newton, along with three other re transferring from Howard. Shaq and Dame Lillard are engaged in a Rap battle, and Joseph is excited about it. USA wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock wins her first wrestling title, Gennadiy Golovkin gets a close win in his boxing over Sergiy Derevyanchenko, track legend Allyson Felix breaks Usain Bolt's medal record, Jay Gruden gets fired as Redskins head coach. The Major League Baseball playoffs have started and Joseph updates you on the winners and losers, the 2019 NHL season has started, Joseph updates you on the winners of week 6 of college football and week 5 of the NFL season, the WBNA finals are in game four with the Washington Mystics up 2-1 in the series. The weekly rant is aimed at the person who sucker punched the trainer of Clarissa Shields' opponent Ivana Habazin, causing the fight to be canceled. Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on division II Kentucky States' Football team for earning a historic win. Errol Spence defeated Shawn Porter to win the WBC title, Joseph gives his thoughts on the recent State of the Black Quarterback show. Former NBA and Big 3 player Andre Emmitt was killed recently in Dallas, Texas, the New Orleans Pelicans hire  2019 Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Teresa Witherspoon, Baker Mayfield s beefing with Rex Ryan over comments. The MLB playoffs are here and Joseph brings you up to speed on who's in, Joseph updates you on the winners and losers from week 5 of college football and week 4 of the NFL. Florida high school football player brain dead after collapsing from rare condition. The weekly rant is aimed at Oakland Raiders linebacker Vontez Burfect for unnecessary helmet to helmet during Sunday's game.

Episode 19 - 9/23/2019

Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on the FAMU Lady Rattler tennis team for winning the 2019 HBCU Fall Tournament Championship. Joseph invited a guest host on The Fix, his homie Doc Love to talk sports on this episode. Joe and Doc discussed Tim Tebow not thinking NCAA players should be able to profit off of their names and likenesses,  the controversy surrounding Jay-Z and the NFL giving money to the Crushers club, Tyson Fury continuing his winning streak in the ring. How can we get black collegiate athletes to attend HBCU’s? Ex-NFL star Calvin Johnson says he smoked weed after every game to avoid the opioids. Joseph gave a rundown of the results of week 4 of the college football season and week 3 of the NFL season. Joe Johnson signs a one year deal with the Detroit Pistons after dominating the Big 3. An Alaskan High School swimmer was disqualified over school issued swim suit issue. The weekly rant is aimed at a former NFL player  that faked a hate crime to collect insurance money, Antonio Brown is cut from the Patriots for contacting his accuser and allegedly threatening her. Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on Kentucky State for wining their first game sine 2017 over a FCS opponent in season opener. In the Life After Sports segment, Joseph interviewed former college football player and now Police Officer Justin Hill. Joseph goes into the Antonio Brown Saga and gives his opinion on the situation, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot gets a $90 million contract extension,  the lass of 2019 was officially enshrined into the basketball hall of fame, the US Open has come to a close and Joseph updates you on the men's and women's champions. College Football week 2 is wrapped up and Joseph talks about the winners and losers. The WNBA is on a roll, the winners and losers from this past week are discussed, former NFL player turned neurosurgeon Myron Rolle lands a residency at Harvard. The weekly rant is aimed at the head coach of the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith, Jim Boone. Boone in under investigation because of his comments towards former player Tyler Williams about his hair. Tune in to get your fix!!!!

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on the Hampton Pirates football team, for their dominating week one victory 65-7. Sports analyst Doug Godleib, joined by other haters question former Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck’s decision to retire, Retired NFL fullback Le’Ron McClain pleads for mental health help on Twitter, Former Chiefs Running back Larry Johnson says the NFL/NBA have an agenda to effeminize men, boxer Vasiliy Lomachenko adds another belt with dominate win over Luther Campbell. Joseph updates you on the 2019 Tennis US Open and the 2019 FIBA World Championships. The 2019 college football season has started and Joseph will tell you all about it. The 3 year of The Big 3 came to a close on Sunday with the Triplets winning the 2019 championship. Former Michigan State basketball player Mateen Cleaves was acquitted of sexual assault. The weekly rant is aimed at DeMarcus Cousins, he has an arrest warrant after threatening the mother of his child. Tune n to get your fix!!!

Episode 16 - 8/26/2019

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Southern University's star goalie  Chioma Eriken who has had a stellar career and given All-MEAC preseason honors. Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck announced his retirement from the NFL on Saturday,  the 2019 college football season started with a rivalry game between the University of Florida and the Miami Hurricanes, Joseph gives an update on the drama between Oakland Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown over the new helmet rule, Joseph also gives information about traumatic brain injures and CTE for the Freedom Train Network's mental health awareness month, the NFL has released it all-time starting offensive and defensive roster; Joseph doesn't agree with the list totally and gives his input. The weekly rant warm-up includes Joseph giving more information and opinion about the partnership with Jay-Z and the NFL, Jermaine Dupri clearing the air about his conversation with Jay-Z about the NFL, and Fox Sports talk show host Marcellus Wiley saying Colin Kaepernick is not black enough to fight for black people. The Weekly Rant is aimed at Russian Tango Dancer Kirill Parshakov for punching his partner/wife in the face because they didn't do well in the competition. Tune in to get your fix!!!!

Episode 15 - 8/19/2019

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on former University of Auburn offensive tackle Calvin Ashley for transferring to FAMU. In a controversial move, Jay-Z Partners with the NFL, Rich Paul Responds to the “Rich Paul Rule” then the NCAA Amends the “Rich Paul Rule”, former NBA player Sebastian Telfair  is sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for a gun charge, Joseph announces the USA FIBA team. In local Tallahassee sports news, former Florida State University great Leroy Smith the former head coach of the Jefferson County football team was abruptly fired, and Houston Rockets GM said James Harden is a better Scorer than Michael Jordan. In the weekly rant, Joseph aims his rage at the ignorant police officers who arrested Georgia State QB because the cops said the bird doo doo on the hood of his car was powered cocaine.

Episode 14 - 8/12/2019

Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on former University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Punter Jamie Gillian makes his NFL debut with Browns. Former WNBA player Niele Ivey is hired by the Memphis Grizzlies as an assistant coach, NFL running back Adrian Peterson is in financial debt. In our Life After Sports segment, Joseph had the privilidge of interviewing Dr. Albert Chester II. Dr. Chester is a former quarterback from Florida A&M University, he is now the owner of New Town Pharmacy, the founder of The Capstone Institute, and is running for U.S. Representative, District 5 in the upcoming 2020 elections. Joseph also gave his opinion about the NBA All-Decade team for the 2010's, He gives a synopsis of the 'Brian Banks Film', FIBA basketball Player DJ Cooper is suspended from playing basketball because he failed a drug test that revealed he was pregnant. The Weekly rant is aimed at the NCAA for creating the "Rich Paul Rule", a rule which makes it harder for sports agents to help basketball players. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Episode 13 - 8/6/2019

Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on three North Carolina A&T State University sprinters who are headed to the 2019 Track World Championships. In HBCU news, it turns out the former Florida State University quarterback Deondre Francois will be playing quarterback for Hampton in the fall. Simone Biles wins another metal at the 2019 US Classic, Simone Manuel becomes first American woman to sweep 50 and 100 freestyle at the worlds swimming competition, the 2019 NFL Hall of Fame class was enshrined on Saturday, the NFL Top 100 is complete and Aaron Donald is ranked #1, Portland Trailblazers' CJ McCullum gets a 100 million extension, and Should Carmello Anthony have another chance to play in the NBA? Also, every August is Mental Health Awareness month for the Freedom Train Network. The Cleveland Browns’ Chris Hubbard hopes to tackle the negative stigma around mental health. The Dallas Cowboys and running back Ezekiel Elliott are at odds with a contract dispute that has led to Elliott holding out. Former Michigan State University President Lou-Anna Simon is retiring on August 31st after being caught lying in the Larry Nassar sexual assault case. The Monday Rant is aimed at Jason Whitlock and Skip Bayless. Whitlock took it upon himself to tell LeBron James to "sit your ass down" after seeing LeBron participate in his son's basketball teams layup line. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Episode 12 - 7/29/2019

Joseph shined his HBCU spotlight on Jackson State's SGA President Jordan Jefferson for his excellence on  and off the football field. In HBCU news, rumor has it that former FSU QB Deondre Francois headed to an HBCU, but some sources are saying it is not true. Also in HBCU news, Doug Williams Drive was unveiled on Grambling’s campus to honor their football legend. A black woman named Khalia Collier is the owner and general manager of the St. Louis Surge, Gervanta Davis defeats Ricardo Nunez with a 2nd round TKO, Boxer Maxim Dadashev suffered brain injury in boxing match and died as a result, Joseph recaps the 2019 WNBA All-Star weekend, Major League Baseball unveiled their 2019 Hall of Fame class, and Joseph summarizes the NFL's top 100 list numbers 100-41. The NBA is investigating if salary cap violations occurred during 2019 free agency, and Steve Kerr doesn’t want NBA players to be able to force a trade. In the Monday rant, Ex-Southern band director pocketed nearly $300,000 and filed false invoices. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Episode 11 - 7/22/2019

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on a number of former HBCU football players currently playing in the Canadian Football League. Manny Pacquiao defeated Keith Thurman in a split decision on Saturday night. Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill will not be criminally charged or suspended by the NFL for the alleged child abuse his son suffered. Police and NFL state that they feel a crime was committed but did have any evidence to determine who hurt the child. Boxing legend Pernell Whitaker was hit by car and dies as a result of his injuries at the age of 55. Joseph discusses the 2019 Wimbledon men's and women's champions, Joseph gives his take on the Chris Paul Russell Westbrook trade and reveals the winners from the 2019 ESPY Awards. Former NBA players Josh Childress, Zach Randolph and Al Harrington invest in ownership of Australia's National Basketball League’s South East Melbourne Phoenix team, and LaMello Ball signs with an Australian NBL team to prep for the NBA. In the Weekly rant Joseph gives the business to New Orleans Saints rookie Carl Granderson, for being sentenced to immediate jail time in a sexual battery case. Tune in to get your fix!!

Episode 10 - 7/8/2019

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on Shaw University's Amir Hinton for signing a free agent contract with the New York Knicks. In HCBU news, Dr. Kiki Baker Barnes is named the new President of the NAIA-ADA. More moves have been made in the 2019 NBA free agency period; Kwahi Leonard signs with the Clippers and Paul George will be joining him. The USA Women's Soccer team has won the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. 15 year old tennis phenom, Coco Gauff defeats Venus Williams at Wimbledon and continues to win, the University of Virginia are the winners of the 2019 College World Series, and Joseph gives us a rundown of the 2019 Major League Baseball All-Star team rosters. In sad baseball news, Anaheim Angels pitcher Tyler Skagga died on Monday. The WNBA season is in full swing and Joseph updates us on scores and standings, and the Big 3 is in week 3 of their 2019 season. The weekly rant is aimed at ex-NBA start Chuck Person is facing two years in prison for his role in the NCAA basketball scandal. Person's lawyer says he was involved in the scandal because he was broke and made a lot of bad financial decisions. Tune in to get your fix!!!

Episode 9 - 7/1/2019

​Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight once again on North Carolina A&T State University's Kayla White. White is nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award for her dominance in track & field. In HBCU news, former North Carolina A&T women’s basketball player accuses coaches of ignoring sexual assault claims, accuses coaches of verbal abuse. NBA free agency is underway and big moves have already been made; Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant have signed with the Brooklyn Nets. The 2019 NBA Awards happened on Monday June 24th where Giannis Antetokounmpo is named the NBA MVP, the Philadelphia Eagles safety  Malcolm Jenkins helps feed over 400 underprivileged children, Joseph gives an update of the first two weeks of the 2019 Big 3 season, Rapper TI and friends allegedly jumped Floyd Mayweather’s DJ, and Toronto Raptors President Masai Uijiri is accused of assaulting a police officer, the problem is evidence isn't supporting the police's claims. The weekly rant is aimed at the NCAA; California lawmakers filled a a compensation bill that would allow NCAA student-athletes to earn off of their name, likeness and images. The big bad NCAA apparently has a problem with "student-athletes" earning off of their own names; the NCAA is busy earning off of the players. The NCAA is proposing that if the bill passes all schools under the NCAA will be ineligible for post-season play.  Tune in to get your fix!!

Joseph shines his HBCU spotlight on North Carolina A&T State University's relief pitcher Leon Hunter was drafted by the Texas Rangers. Further in the HBCU spotlight, Joseph also sheds light on E.P. Reese, a former Center Fielder for Winston-Salem State University's baseball team who was drafted by the Houston Astros. Kwahi Leonard files lawsuit against Nike over the ownership of his “Klaw” logo. Joseph gives his opinion on game one of the NBA finals, he also brings you up to speed on the Stanley Cup Finals as the Boston Bruins take a 2-1 series lead. UFC fighter Yoel Romero wins a $27 million lawsuit, and Anthony Joshua loses in the 7th round by TKO to Andy Ruiz. Joseph brings you up to speed on the NBA playoffs as the Raptors and Warriors advance to the NBS finals. In the NHL, The Boston Bruins and the Saint Louis Blues advance to the Stanley Cup Finals. The 2019 WNBA season has started, the University of Clemson’s football PED appeal is denied. Did Magic Johnson get his negro wake up call? Is Kevin Durant mad that the warriors are winning without him? Deontay Wilder defeats Dominic Breazeale with 1st round KO, Joseph updates you on the 2019 NBA Draft Lottery, the WNBA selects Cathy Engelbert as new commissioner. The NBA conference finals are here and Joseph gives you the run down, in the NHL playoffs the Boston Bruins have advanced to the Stanley Cup Finals, while the St. Louis Blues look to know off he San Jose Sharks and advance to the Stanley Cup Finals. The Seattle Seahawks' Dion Jordan suspended for Adderall use, the Arizona Cardinals' Patrick Peterson will serve a 6 game suspension for PED use, and The Phoenix Suns Josh Jordan arrested then flees from cops handcuffed. The Lakers coaching drama ends with the hiring of Frank Vogel, Christian Dawkins and Merl Code were convicted in college basketball corruption trial, the 2019 Kentucky Derby ends with a controversial winner. Joseph gives an update on the NBA and NHL playoff pictures, The WNBA's opening day in on May 24th, billionaire Panthers owner won’t move team to South Carolina without $120 million in tax breaks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ defensive end Jason Pieere-Paul suffered fractured neck in car crash. The Monday rant is aimed at the Ayesha Curry situation and all the backlash and opinions people have about her comments; everyone has the answer but can't seem to fix their situations. The 2019 women’s world cup roster is announced, former UFC fighter Rodrigo Lima was killed in Brazil following argument with ride share driver, Joseph gives an update on the 2019 NBA and NHL playoffs. The Big 3 in in their third season and Joseph summarizes their 2019 draft, Canelo Alverez defeated Daniel Jacobs to win his latest boxing title. New Jersey Nets guard DeAngelo Russell is cited in an New York airport for possession of weed. In the Monday rant, Joseph goes in on the track and field governing bodies for their decade long attempts to block South African female track athlete Caster Semenya, because she has naturally elevated levels of testosterone. Joseph gives an update on the NBA and NHL playoffs. He also gives us a summary of the NFL and WNBA drafts. In HBCU news, two Fired FAMU coaches will have jury trial in their wrongful termination cases. Cynthia Marshall is the new CEO of the Dallas Mavericks and asked to clean up a culture of sexual predation. Patrick Irving joined The Fix to talk boxing. Claressa Shields defeats Christina Hammer, Lomachenko gets another victory over Crolla,  Terance Crawford wins in TKO against Amir Khan, and Errol Spence remains undefeated with win over Mickey Garcia. Virgina won the Men's NCAA basketball championship, while Baylor tops Notre Dame to win the Women's NCAA basketball championship. Joseph updates us on the NBA playoffs, The NFL draft will begin on Thursday April 25th, and the Alliance of American Football has suspended its operations. The Monday rant is aimed at the racist white fans who continue to spew racism at sporting events and the white players and organizational owners/administration who turn a blind eye to the epidemic.
