This week on the Freedom Train Podcast Series, Joe and Pat are joined by guest host Professor Carl Tone Jones. The gentlemen discussed Professor Jones' new book 2020 Through The Eyes of a Social Media Revolutionary, his upcoming podcast, and his documentary The Independence Day Project. This past week was filed with all types of drama across the social media world. Social Media "relationship guru" Derrick Jaxn's alleged infidelity has caught up with him. Information about his alleged cheating was exposed by podcasters, bloggers, media outlets and alleged mistresses. What does the fall of Derrick Jaxn expose about the state of relationships within the black community? In further black community news, journalist Roland Martin is under fire for his interview with 21 year old community activist King Randall. Martin and Randall's interview did not go well. Martin basically seemed to have planned to ambush and bully the young man because of a difference of opinions about how to help the black community. Tune in to hear what all we have to say!!!

This week on the Freedom Train Podcast Series, Joseph interviews Pastors Robert & Jerilyn Ward.
Robert E. and Jerilyn L. Ward are the founder and co-founder of IN SPIRIT & IN TRUTH MINISTRIES, Inc. birthed on January 4th, 2011 in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I.S.I.T. Ministries’ include; Kingdom Home Economics, with programs for teaching household management and domestic science such as recipe building, cooking, sewing and True Servanthood Leadership, a leadership training for pastors and their teams. Robert and Jerilyn Ward were married the summer of 1991, on July 30th. Three wonderful children were born to this union; Nicholas, Brea, and Jessica who have also worked alongside them in ministry. Before Robert and Jerilyn's union, they were introduced in the House of Worship and immediately began working together in ministry. Both operate in many areas of ministry having equipped them for works placed in their hands. They started as Youth Pastors and then Associate Pastors serving in the ministry of Help’s, Hospitality, and Administration. An ensemble was created and founded by Robert that launched his ministry as a praise and worship leader. He is a gifted songwriter with over 50 written songs, entitled “Songs from the Cloud.” Robert is also a skilled chef with 40 plus years of culinary experience. He started as a dishwasher at 15 years old, then a lead line cook, a Pastry Chef, Sous Chef and finally an Executive Chef. He has now shifted his focus to Chef Instruction. Robert was given an endearing title of “The Singing Chef” by one of his co-laborers in Christ. Jerilyn is a dedicated Intercessor, Liturgical Dance/Flag ministry instructor of 25+ years. She is passionate about the ministry of dance because it is an expression of worship to our Father. Jerilyn is a practical teacher of God’s Word who believes in the application of God's Words in the lives of believers. She believes that all believers can have a successful walk with Christ by applying the practical principles of the Word of God and by having a consistent prayer life. Jerilyn is also an Entrepreneur and is the C.E.O./Founder of Sewing with Lady Ward, L.L.C. which allows her to create /repair garments and teach the Art of Sewing. In December 2014, Jerilyn was healed of Cervical Cancer through a word from God, by her faith in God, and by the backbone of her walk with Christ “intercessory prayer.” Robert and Jerilyn have a heart for success in marriage. Through this first book of a series, “For Better and For Worst – a dramatic testimony of staying married despite having HIV/AIDS” FORGED was born. Forged is a ministry designed to equip and strengthen marriages as they travel through the fires of life.
