Dr. Hollar is one of the founders of United Peoples of Black America (UPBA), a national grass roots movement focused on providing African Centered services to members of the African/Black American community as well as developing policies in 6 areas of human activity designed to foster independence and organize growth and development within the African American community. The United Peoples of Black America (UPBA) invites you to participate in our movement to create greater solidarity among members of Black society. First and foremost, UPBA is a society and not an organization. You are a member of this society by birthright and we are not requiring you to adopt a religion, contribute financially, or participate in any overt political action, although contributions and participation are encouraged. We also are not suggesting that your racial identity is the most important aspect of your life or that you should prioritize racial politics in any prescribed way. UPBA represents the concerted efforts of a wide array of private citizens and pillar institutions that recognize the necessity of coming together in an organized and strategic manner to keep us safe and give us more control over our lives and what happens in our community. http://www.upblackamerica.com/invitation http://www.blackpolicyagenda.com/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/880161028697704/
