Nurse Sharena, MSN, RN is a Nursing Education Leader with over 10 plus years in Nursing. She has extensive experience in Medical Intensive Care (ICU), Informatics and School Health! She has concentrated her work in both Georgia and Florida; but has aspirations to travel internationally with her business Tiny Docs Initiative LLC. She is irrationally passionate about finding ways to combine her nursing experience and gift of teaching young beautiful minds; that's how Tiny Docs initiative was born. It is a creative way to teach children the knowledge it takes to be a part of the healthcare field, increase their awareness of becoming leaders and learn possibly future altering, life changing skills!
She created a method of utilizing fun curriculum, including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), hands-on techniques and dramatic play.
