I’ve been in the USAF for almost 16 years. I’ve worked various assignments, being stationed from the cold winters of Minot, ND to the tropical shores of Guam, USA. In Nov 2013 I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and started my own business, Fitness FreakShow LLC. My business centers around helping clients and their families achieve overall physical health and total wellness. It is one thing to be physically fit, but it is another to achieve total wellness. My client base is women, women with children, families and youth centered fitness. With the majority of my clientele being Mother and Child, I use my fitness platform to get the whole family involved. I believe that it only takes one person to lead the rest of the family down the road to health. Most of the time, my initial client is the Mother. Being a Mom myself, children are always welcomed in my fitness facility. This family friendly approach allows me to help get the entire family unit lifted up and on the path to total wellness. Wellness is a family affair and is highlighted in the set up of my business. My oldest daughter, Layla, is a part time employee as she works towards becoming a certified Yoga instructor while my youngest daughter, Star, is a volunteer. She demonstrates exercises for my youth clients and is just a great motivator for all of us. My Husband, Trevor, works behind the scenes in areas of bookkeeping, facilities maintenance and marketing. The name “Fitness FreakShow LLC” signifies a place where everyone “fits”... from the youngest to the oldest family member. My methods of getting clients moving may not always be conventional and a little out of the box but being normal is overrated. Make fitness fun! I also specialize in Online and Distance Training plans complete with my own Fitness FreakShow App. Formal Education: Bachelor’s of Science in IT Management / ACE Personal Training Certificate / Fitness Nutrition Certificate / Weight Loss Specialist Certificate Facebook: www.facebook.com/FreakShowFit FB group: https://m.facebook.com/groups/1563386373752346 Twitter: www.twiter.com/FreakShowFit IG: www.instagram.com/FreakShow_Barbie Click the button below to learn more about Fitness Freakshow, LLC. I was taught at an early age that there was no such thing as impossible and that success principle is what kept me from putting the limits on what I can achieve in my lifetime. I started my show on called "Success Nothing Less", #KHSNL in which I interviewed A-list celebrities and people of influence from around the world. I believe that everyone has a story to share and by people watching my show it will positively impact them to make their dreams become a reality. I have a radio show called "Kat Harvey Show" which airs every Wednesday at 8pm on Radio Fairfax in Fairfax, VA. Also, my tv show "KHSNL" airs on Channel 10 in Northern Fairfax. It is my vision to turn this project into a radio show and national tv show where even more lives will be changed by engaging in the #KHSNL Show. I had to make a decision to start becoming the person I wanted to be and then everything I ever dreamed of became attracted to me. I have been able to spend more time with the ones I love, travel worldwide helping others, achieve financial independence and MOST IMPORTANTLY LIVE MY LIFE BY DESIGN. Also, I own a clothing brand called "Fly Level" which is for Fly people who do great things and look fly while doing it. Several celebrities have worn Fly Level brand and my clothes have been selling out very quickly in a short time frame.
