 Chelsea Francois is an incoming Junior at the Florida A & M University where she is a proud member of Pinky Promise FAMU. She has earned her Associates of Arts Degree at Tallahassee Community College. She currently is the paraprofessional for Media/Guidance and after-school activity leader at Astoria Park Elementary School. In 2016, she graduated from Amos P. Godby High School. Chelsea was the Student Body President, Vice-President of the Mu Alpha Theta Math Club, member of the Students Working Against Tobacco (S.W.A.T.), the Pep Club, AVID, and the Florida State College Reach out Program. She also won several awards and scholarships such as the Aquilina Howell Scholarship, Best & Brightest in the category of Public Speaking. During her time in high school, started the Podcast "Plugged In" where she spoke about different issues in the community, conducted interviews with influential men and women in the community, and gave tips to high school and college students. She also tutored several elementary school-aged students and founded a non-profit organization: I Am Beautiful Incorporated. I.A.B. inspires young girls and helps them to believe that they are beautiful no matter what, and can accomplish anything that they set their minds to. I am Beautiful strives to help girls from ages 8-18, build a unique character, and develop self-esteem. This program will encourage young girls to desire more for their future and expand their knowledge to better opportunities; our utmost goal is for every girl that encounters this program to blossom into beautiful successful women.  Alexandria Washington is an award winning health advocate located in Tallahassee, FL. She holds a Bachelor degree in Health Science and a Master Degree in Public Health from Florida A&M University.
