Born in Evansville, IN, Rasheda's family moved to Indianapolis when she was five. Rasheda decided she'd rather move to Los Angeles to become a child star and promptly told her parents so, but they immediately nixed that idea. Now armed with a Bachelor's degree in Radio/TV/Film from Indiana State University, Rasheda Randle is already making headlines as a sought after actress, producer, director, and writer. With a plethora of theater credits including performing as Beneatha Younger in "A Raisin in the Sun," and as a featured performer in "The Vagina Monologues," Rasheda has already proven talent coupled with skill and intelligence equal a winning combination. Rasheda now has more than twenty-five film and theater credits under her belt. Her ever-growing resume also includes On-Air Talent and Associate Producer for Real Scene TV, a local entertainment news program airing on NBC affiliate WTHR 13 in Indianapolis, IN.
Further expanding her resume, Rasheda is also an experienced production assistant, having started out working for Indy's local FOX 59 Morning News. And when not performing in front of the camera, you can often find her freelancing for major television productions such as the Travel Channel's "Food Paradise," Oxygen network's "The Bad Girls Club", MTV's "The Real World", NBC's "Deal or No Deal", and, most recently, NBC's "America's Got Talent" proving that diversity is key. In 2010, Rasheda started her own production company; Ivy League Productions and in 2013, simultaneously wrote, cast, directed, starred, and produced both "Love and War" and "Heartless".
Rasheda lists boxing, braiding and styling women's hair, and speaking in Southern, Midwest, and New York dialects as special skills, amongst other things. She dreams of working opposite Angela Bassett, Denzel Washington, or Tom Hanks.
