Brandon Garrett founded My Vision Tools LLC. in 2012 as an Individual and Business Consulting company. It was founded with a simple goal and a lifelong mission to create a company which offered a fun, effective and superior quality line of products and services which help clients turn their goals & passions into plans, and those plans into action & results.
Currently Brandon also serves as the Atlanta Director for the Cultivate Kindness National Campaign, which promotes changing the world one act of kindness at a time. His willingness to serve others has also been demonstrated by 9 years of military service as well as a tour of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005-2006).

Jonathan Castillo joined the Vision Tools team in 2012 as a partner and committed himself to bringing his over military experience in logistics, operations and leadership to help give Vision Tools the backbone needed in order take on the challenge of getting people to where they want to be. 
As a Life & Leadership Coach, Jonathan expresses a passion for developing individuals into their personal best by encouraging them to test their limits and overcoming their fears through strengthening their self-discipline, self-accountability and overall self-awareness. Jonathan still serves as an Army Reserve Captain with over 12 years of service and two tours to Iraq. “Off Duty”, He gives back to his community through the Cultivate Kindness National Campaign.
