Quote of the Day:
It will cost lives to bring peace, if not, what cost are you willing to pay.
On today's episode of ShelbysWorld, Queen Candance and I discussed our thoughts on what we are lacking to create substantial unity in our communities. We discussed data from a decade ago in regard to where Black Americans were at the time. This data is provided by https://www.bls.gov/opub/btn/volume-3/income-and-spending-patterns-among-black-households.htm . This was great information to utilize in discovering decade to decade progression as a people, however it wasn't inclusive of this decade because we're still living through it.
We also discussed our thoughts on creating a better community and that includes building the confidence and character of the people. And like we all know, everybody can't go. We will revisit this conversation with some of our actual data techies when new data arrives. We want to make sure were all knowledgeable as a people.
As always, our Fact of the Day is mentioned in today's episode.
