At the age of 21, and a fifth-generation Tallahasseean, Delaitre J. Hollinger is the Founder and Executive Director of the National Association for the Preservation of African-American & Culture, Inc., a non-profit corporation dedicated to the protection of historical properties and preservation advocacy.
