 Mie-Ling Buford, is a 20-year-old sophomore Majoring in Health Sciences, with a Minor in Entrepreneurship at Stetson University (DeLand, FL). She is the Owner and Founder of Mind Over Matter Holistic Healing LLC. On Sunday March 31st, 2019 her 20th birthday, she launched her business focusing on creating products that are made to penetrate the mind, body, and spirit using 100% all-natural herbal ingredients. Throughout her life she witnessed many family members struggling with disease and being forced to take a multitude of medications. In seeing this, it fueled her flame of interest in the world of herbal healing. As herbs were once used to primarily heal many ailments, she decided to erect those past practices and implement them in her life today. Putting her own twist on medicine, and applying what she knows, she has been able to provide multiple topical salves, and body products focusing on leaving out the bad and illegible ingredients. Those who knew of her interest would ask her to make them things here and there, later sharing their findings with others. She eventually started making her version of "staple products" (June 2018), and that is when everything changed. Thus, the birth of Mind Over Matter Holistic Healing LLC (March 2019). It is her belief that healing starts from within and should be paired with the medicine that is most natural and could be found at your footsteps.
